🧀 Dairy
Plain milk, butter, cheese, and yoghurt are naturally gluten free. Problems start with flavoured varieties, processed cheese, and dairy desserts. Flavoured yoghurt may contain granola or cookie pieces. Some blue cheeses historically used bread in the mould starter, though modern production typically does not. Ice cream flavours with cookie dough, brownie pieces, or malt are not safe.
