☕ Drinks
Water, plain tea, plain coffee, 100% fruit juice, and most soft drinks are gluten free. The main concerns are malt-based drinks (Milo, malted milkshakes, some flavoured coffees), barley water, and anything containing barley malt extract. Plant milks are generally safe but check for barley-based varieties.
Important: Traffic light ratings reflect the default gluten status of each food. Individual products may differ. Always check the label, especially for orange-rated foods.
