Fruits and Vegetables
All fresh fruits and vegetables are naturally gluten free. No exceptions. The concern is only with processed or prepared versions: frozen vegetables with sauces, dried fruit dusted with flour to prevent sticking, vegetable tempura, or pre-made salads with croutons or wheat-based dressings.
Important: Traffic light ratings reflect the default gluten status of each food. Individual products may differ. Always check the label, especially for orange-rated foods.
